Check out the new Artisan Music Jewelry which includes recycled ivory piano keys, bow hair, sterling silver cast bassoon reeds and turbans, clarinet keys and necklaces with cut crystal and black garnet that look incredibly like piano keys.  A new lapel pin with a 5mm gem stone is the newest addition to the flute line. I've redesigned the pearl necklaces with a small seed pearl nestled between each of the larger pearls.

No flute was harmed to make this jewelry! I cast keys from Eva Kingma flutes www.kingmaflutes.com in sterling silver. Almost all the other parts: chain, bails, toggles and clasps are sterling silver. I accent some pieces with 14K gold and semi-precious stones or pearls to create my one-of-a-kind flute jewelry. The ebony wood rings (seen on Inner Key pendant and earrings and on the rings) are from Chris Abell flute blanks www.abellflute.com. A bold bracelet is made from leather scraps from flute cases made by Northwind Cases www.northwindcases.com.

Artisan Flute Jewelry debuted at the 2006 NFA Convention in Pittsburgh, and has had a presense at every convention since. Last year, at 2010 NFA Convention in Anaheim, Artisan Flute Jewelry rebranded as Music for Your Eyes, Instrument Inspired Jewelry.
